“One lucky player will be sent on a date with one of these fine contestants, only they don’t know who the contestants are.”

The referee sends one player out of the room to be the guesser, and gets a suggestion of an endowment for each player, now a contestant on a dating game style show. These might be a fictional character, celebrity, historical figure, appliance, animal, whatever the referee wants, and assigns them to the contestants. The referee calls in the guesser, who will endow themself as a character looking for a date, and interviews them. The contestants introduce themselves, without saying exactly who or what they are, and the guesser asks their first question to the contestants. Each contest will answer in character giving subtle inference clues as to who or what they are. This happens two more times. Once three questions have been asked of the contestants, the guesser will eliminate two contestants by guessing their endowment, and right or wrong the leave the field. Finally, the guesser declares they will be going on a date with the last contestant standing, and guess their endowment, right or wrong they exit the field together.
